    if your cooling system is all in good shape,them it will run cooler.but if,say your radiator is plugged a little and your running a little warm now,putting a lower temp stat will not help

    couldnt have been said better.id send it back or sell it and get one that fits.my 500 hp 360 never gets above 200 deg. even as outside temps get to the high 90s.but do as you will and do as suggested and put a fan on the front.oem cooling systems never have issue,hell its a stock /6 motor.4 core...

    looking for a water pump pulley for a 1973 340 duster,and having a hard time finding one.part #3698924,is 6"dia. x 2 3/4" tall. why is this special?what are my options if i cant find it??

    73 340 duster,26" radiator.clutch is leaking the fluid(silicone) but still has resistance when spinning it.im quessing its on its way out.anyone know the hayden part# for the clutch??

    what good is the gauge then?that isnt very accurate.ive never had a /6 swinger,my dusters ive owned have had pretty good gauges.i would check stat and sender.and see just how close the gauge really is

    my 360 loves 38 deg.timing, runs 180 all day ,or stopped in traffic at 95 deg.but i do have a good radiator and shroud,with a stock clutch from 1973

    i cant see how 10 deg.is going to matter.i would leave it alone if your not overheating
