i have full length on 73 with power steering,i had to dimple one spot, and to me that was bullshit.at the cost of headers for our mopars they should fit with no hammering and tweeking.chevy and ford guys dont have these issues.damn torsion bar and ps box location.
headers can be a real *****,even with tti or dougs,if you dont have a lift.if i were you i would try it myself, you will get frustrated, walk away, rethink.they will go on.
ive always said how in the hell in todays world and computor tech.cant someone design a @#$% header that fits correctly.we can put a man on the moon but cant bend a piece of pipe
sorry for your issues with tti.i also have a 73 with ps.i dont have have the mounts you have ,i have stock spool mounts.you really have to get the car in the air.tti are simple the best header for our mopar a bodies that and dougs out there.you must have something else out of kilter.
you wll fnd most use tt or dougs.there s a reason.and you wll fnd out if you get el cheapo ones.i agree the cost is getting up there, but should last you years with a little maintenance
for the life of me i cant fiqure why in todays world and technology, they cant design a header that fits.it just blows my mind,we can put a man on the moon, develope mass destruction bombs, but cant design a simple header.unbelievable
orig.40"s on 360 with tti headers and full 2.5 exhaust.i love em,some dont, some hate em.mine dont drone and are not too loud.i personally love the flowemaster sound.and no one has said otherwise to me.
i know this is a few weeks old but,you will never regret having them ceramic coated,my tti were put on in 2001 and still look new,you cant say that about painted headers
