There was a member here that sold a plate so you put 2--maybe 3 inch round speakers in the center speaker spot. I have one in mine plus the kick panel speakers both sides. Makes too much noise to worry about rear speakers.

They are very small nuts. Take something with you to size them

You should be able to install the glass by just bolting it in. One screw has to be installed with the window all the way up. The other with the window all the way down.

Unfortunately it is one of the end ones that hold the ash tray lid together as a unit. Might to drill it.

The doors are painted gold above and below the door panels. Plus the panels below the quarter windows are gold also.
