There is cerekote air dry for headers and exhaust that does not need to be baked and is as good as the baked version .

a pint is 70 bucks . you could do 10 sets of headers with a pint it goes very far .

take the pan off, cut out the interference, fit a new piece of metal, tig weld it . that's hot rodding .

I would fix it right and not beat on anything but that's just me .

I agree a crossover of some type would be best . it may get one depends what it sounds like .

I just put this kit on yesterday with the jegs chambered mufflers the drivers side went on perfect with one cut for length . the passenger went on with a mod to the first pipe after the header .I tried that pipe from the drivers side on passenger side and fit perfect . if the kit came with them...

the DynoMax Ultra flo's have a really nice sound and good performance I get a lot of compliments from them . I had one split and rattle at 1500 miles but the replacement has been holding up well .

I had an ultra flo split down the middle not even close to any welds it lasted 1200 miles I replaced it and its still doing good about 2000 miles now . they sound great . the ultra flo on the passengers side is still going strong at 3200 miles .

Hey Charrlie use someone who has a lifetime warranty and get them done on the inside also .

it won't hurt one thing to heat it up and bend it 1/4 inch it's been done that way for 50 years . give Chuck Lofgren a call and ask him what he recommends .

heat it up and bend it just enough to clear properly .
