    transmission jack is a big help. get the car up as far as you can. it's going to move around quite a bit too, if you have fresh paint you don't want scratched, put painters tape on the exposed areas of the body

    pretty sure 73' up slip in from the outside of the body and 72' down mount from the inside of the body, so not sure of the flange will work on both without surgery

    THIS sounds like what you want. then you can use a -6 90' fitting. but like 67Dart273 say's, without knowing what hose your using, it's a big guess what you need

    every - (dash) = 1/16" so 3/8 = 6/16 = -6

    check. wasn't talking about this type of problem necessarily, just that i've seen some people use this as a way to try and get around having a sump around the pick up.

    have you tried these? i've seen it before, and it looked cool, but saw some reviews where the fabric ended up disintegrating. but i don't know what kind of fuel or how long

    it's not just that the gauge isn't right. it had 4 gallons still in it when the motor died. multiple issues

    pull the filler tube and look at the pick up in the tank. until you do that you don't know what's going on

    on mine, i also noticed the tangs on the tank side were a little tweaked, so i adjusted them for a better fit

    good work. i just redid mine after it turned into a fountain. got the new lock ring from DTM. heavy duty stainless. where'd you get the one you used?
