My 03 Ram has had a tick since new . When I asked about it early on the service dept said they all do that . I said that is all fine and dandy but I want to know if its a lifter / rocker or exhaust leak noise ! No response...

The opening post made it sound like they would be a more difficult install. I am not all that familiar with gen3 other than maintenance on my ram.

But the headers should fit like every other 5.7 install.

Is there a physical difference between a 6.4 and a5.7?

Motul ? Holy crap ! that cant be cheap ! I use Motul in my KTM but thats only 750ml every 7-9 rides depending on how many water crossings I do....

My 5.7 has ticked since new... I asked about it but they said it was normal. Sounds like a header leak or 1 loud injector. I have 138k on it now.

What year and application ?
