Looks like you need a donor car I wish I was closer I have a car that has that upper quarter panel area that you could use.

Drill out a old window crank so all the splines are gone and screw it back in, it will have a crank but it won't roll the window down.

Use a heavy duty putty scrapper to get behind them so you don't break the clip mount on the soft panel.
