I bought my Barracuda 11 years ago with an "Econopower" battery in it. I don't ever disconnect it and store it for months every winter. Before trying to start it in the spring I throw my charger on it to top it off and it is still good. .....probably just jinxed myself:???:

I had a 2001 Monte Carlo at one time. Signal lights stopped working but made crazy sounds in the hazard button but fuel pump seemed unaffected. Changed the Hazard light switch out with a new one from the dealer....couple years ago but remember is was around $40 and everything was back to normal...

Can't help myself....I met Ron Francis a couple of times in Sault Ste Marie Ont. when he played for the Greyhounds in the early 80's well before he was in the NHL and inducted into the hockey hall of fame....Sorry different Ron Francis.

I had a fusable link blow on the power cable running to the starter on my 340 Duster years ago. It acted exactly the same way. If you can't give it a boost I would check this. There is a bulge in the wire which acts like a fuse that can burn out. You could see a split in the conduit on the wire...
