I had the same problem with my champion radiator,ended up using flex fan w/spacer and had a machine shop shave a 1/4" off to give me a little more clearance.The car stays @ 180 even in the hottest weather.I do have a shroud tho.I would've gone with electric but I didn't want to upgrade the alt...
