It has all its added smog equipment and was told it passed easily. California Is the one of few states that still has laws to smog old cars, and it would only need to be once depending on what county your in. Someone in another state probably wouldn’t worry about it.

reviewed the car, found it was not rusty at all. There was old sheetmetal stored in it and the rust fell on the trunk side and cover the clean pans. floors are in excellent condition. Sold earlier in the day. It's Going to New Zealand!
