The search continues balancer showed up wrong one in the box.Hey rdunnam they wont ship to Canada and that part number doesn't cross reference to anything. Anyone have a 94-98 5.9 magnum with the dampener that has the bolt on pulley. I'm converting to V belt.

99 and earlier has a bolt on serp belt pulley just like a LA style engine has. After 99 the pulley is part of the balancer

Cant find a puck &pull that has any pre 99 5.9 magnums.

Same as Trailbeast just put my 5.9 together last weekend. Using LA cover drilled the bottom bolt on the cam retainer plate used the LA drip plate and LA slinger.

Sounds like a plan, either the FI Tech or the Holley Sniper will do the job. Crosswind or Eddy intake regrind camshaft and a Tanks Inc setup your good to go. Buy the time you buy a good (adjustable carb) if your fuel system needs any work (tank ,sending unit) your not that far off price wise...
