    67-69 barracuda front tire width

I have not put the car on the road. I may have to trim the lower FWD edge to make it work.

That GM spatter trunk paint isnt bad looking. I did my old 69 charger with it.

That thing needs a DA sander taken to it so bad, and some either black or grey primer sprayed on it. Hows the exhaust system under it? Put some duals with flowmaster 40s on it.

    Chrysler turquoise spray paint

Dont want to pay their price for a pint, then gotta shoot it out of a spray gun. Prefer rattle can and no gun clean up. I did the Por15 high heat cast grey with a preval sprayer and they turned out nice, but that's dull cast iron grey. That's pretty easy to do with a preval and not screw it up.

    Chrysler turquoise spray paint

Heres the VHT early chrysler blue can, vs the color square from the OER turquoise. Looks very close. I'm used to using the VHT products, and get good long lasting results. Plus the cost is in my range at $50 for 4 cans. The OER stuff is really pricey.

    Chrysler turquoise spray paint

Hot rodded 77 318 I am dressing up to appear like a 69 340 for a 69 barracuda. I am told that either turquoise or red I believe were both used that year on the 340. Car will be painted red, so I would prefer the turquoise.

    Chrysler turquoise spray paint

I am looking at this color for the 318 I am in the process of assembling. Summit has VHT SP126 "early chrysler blue" supposedly this is correct for 1960-1969. Can I rightly assume this is the turquoise blue? Anybody use the VHT SP126. I'd hate like hell to order 3-4 cans and it not be right. I...

    SoCal Car ****

So with Kalifornia and other states following suit banning the sale of Gasoline and diesel vehicle "new" car and truck sales in 2035, you know the next step for them to take is to ban the registration /sale and use of vehicles that run on liquified exploding dinosaurs. Kalifornia is/was auto...

Nice flush mount lighter socket phone charger

I found these on evilbay. 30W 5A dual plug phone charger for cigar lighter. Flush mount, uses a USBC male end cable, has a blue LED status light, and a built in handle to remove it. I tested it out on my daily driver. With pandora running on my phone, a galaxy note 8, it not just maintained the...

    Getting a lost title

Too much red tape in Texas these days. Honestly the route I went was way easier here. Everything is linked up. When DMV records were transferred to digital 50 state wide, if it was stolen or had a lien on it anywhere in the USA, it was transferred to the digital 50 state database. If a car is...

    Getting a lost title

Getting a lost title. We have all been there. Clean car that has potential, the history of it is known, but the title is missing. Most of these restorable cars end up getting parted because of a lack of that special scrap of paper known as a title. This is and can be time consuming, however it...

    Speaker holes 68 Baracuda Notchback

Hi Steve, I appreciate the plug. I was making these, but the time involved in making them, and what I could get for them, plus the fact that it didnt seem like anybody was interested, I just quit making them. I kept the last 2 that I made. One is for my 67, and one is for my sons 69. Last one I...

Should be plenty of magnum 318s and 360s in the Kalifornia boneyards in pickups and vans, since they declared war on gas burners there, and people dont want to feed em anymore out there. Heck you could probably pick a whole vehicle up first cheap, pull what you need, and scrap the rest and get...

Heres my response pic to this below. Heres the thing. You want to put an LS in a mopar, join an LS swap forum. This is why guys here gave you hell over it. You could buy a mopar 360 or 5.9L magnum engine, and a 1991-1994 3 pin A518 automatic O/D trans out of a dodge pickup or ram van and do a...

    Caught a Barracuda....and a Ruster

If it's also got an 8.25 rear, then that's a bonus. Heck you got a drivetrain and disc brakes to go right into the cuda. A project complete with parts car. Plus parts to sell to recoup some money. Winner winner!!!

    Commando 270 - Looks Legit

Anybody get a load of the bubbles all over that roof under that damn vinyl top ? Peel that sucker off, and I bet it looks like swiss cheese under there. That alone would make me walk away from that thing. Trunk issues are caused by the corners of that rear window leaking. Rare car, would at...

    Changing A Sending Unit

That's not the only way to get an accurate reading is to use an OEM sender, but it is the easiest. Or you can use an aftermarket sender, and put the meter match device I have in the pic below in line, and fine tune your gage to sender.

??? "STEEL PISTONS" ??? This is some wild stuff!!

What's the weight difference compared to a conventional design aluminum slug? I bet it can withstand higher boost levels. On new design engines, you can make the block deck height shorter and more compact for lighter weight and better packaging, and keep the size displacement. For our olde...
