    A-Body Postive cables

Ya I used to, but not anymore. After the greedys in the gubmint decided to tax any money made over $600 per year on cash app, venmo, or paypal and other apps, I quit doing it. I'm not a small business, I work out of my garage. I did this to support the hobby and to buy parts I needed. Not to get...

Swinger 340 just an FYI the second gen RHD barracudas that ended up in England were built By Chrysler South Africa as RHD, and imported into England by Warwick Wright importers. The RHD barracudas in South Africa were badged as Valiant Bareacudas. The ones shipped to england were badged as...

69 barracuda rear deck filler panel ??

Sorry. I have an AMD one I bought about 6-7 years ago off here for $50 from another member. Its clamped up and going on. Try Oldmanmopar in pennsylvania. They chop up some pretty decent stuff. I tried getting some cuda coupe sheetmetal stuff from him once. Or check with Cosgig, he just hit the...

69 barracuda rear deck filler panel ??

My take off just got hoovered out of my scrap trailer with a big magnet this morning along with a huge pile of scrap steel. AMD makes these. Using an AMD one on the 69 notch build.

Put a console in it and make shifter come out of console right in the middle, or upgrade to a T5.

    Really!!!! sub standard repair.

Bozwel what is that little red car you have? Looks like an old Triumph. Pretty paint job on it too. You did a bang up job on converting the 66 dash to RHD. Looks like a factory swap. Are you going to use RHD steering and firewall pieces from Aussie A bodies ?

    Really!!!! sub standard repair.

Why are you converting it to RHD? Do British road rules require it? I know they used to in Australia, but not anymore on older iron imported there after I think 35 years. If it's not a requirement, then that just seems like an awful lot of effort.

Got an 8.75 too. Somebody checked off some good boxes on the order form way back when. May have been a commando car that had an engine swap at some point in time.

    Engine Removal

If out the bottom, you will need to remove torsion bars from the lower control arms as well. You would almost be better off removing it from the top if you dont want to mess around with the K frame, and torsion bars.

    Wild in the streets!

Except Cali black plates. See if you can get a set to put on. Those are almost as sexy looking as the slots on it.

    Matching Wheel Wells?

I have seen a few early cudas done this way. I think they look great. I bet a set of 67-67 barracuda/duster outer wheel houses would work with that modified wheel opening. If I had one with rot issues there, I'd be doing exactly the same thing. The barracuda show car Chrysler made out of a 66...

    Matching Wheel Wells?

They look a lot better with the radiused wheel opening in the back. The 64-66 barracuda was always regarded by the automotive press as a valiant compact with a fastback roof tacked on. Do those rear wheel wells, it helps get it away from that stigma.

What Color Are First Generation Barracuda Grilles Supposed to Be?

Dibbons do you have a link to site selling the white car with gold stripe. I believe that was built by a fabo member friend of mine in Abilene Tx. and spent time in a showroom in michigan. If it is his old car I would love to tell him it went to the west coast.

    Upper Steering Column Bearing

I have converted 67-69 automatic column shifts to floor shift this way too. Just an extra step cutting the indicator off and grinding and filling with JBweld to . Theres a groove in the indicator collar that fits in the lower that has to be made. A bit tougher but can be done. I know, I've done it.

    Upper Steering Column Bearing

No 4 on the tree. Easy to convert 3 on the tree to floor shift. Gut column and leave the bearing intact at both ends. Cut off column shifter nub off upper collar. File the collar concave where you cut the nub off, and thoroughly clean the grease out of it. Then fill the hole from the column...

    Upper Steering Column Bearing

The last 2 I had, I removed from the rubber isolator. Rinsed them out really well in lacquer thinner, blew them out with compressed air, then applied some fresh aeroshell 22 synthetic grease to them. Worked just fine. Most of the time the old grease is dried out and there is dirt stuck in them.
