What guage wire did you use for the main power? What amp fuse?

Thanks guys! The defrost hoses are already falling apart and one missing but I went to Lowes yesterday and they have wet/dry vacuum hose that is the same id as the original hoses and it's $21 for 8 ft !

Anybody ever taken the knob off to get the latch off? I'm trying to remove the fake woodgrain panel off the glovebox but the only thing at this point holding it on is the knob.
