I have a question for you turbo guys...I noticed on hanger18 for modding the carb for boost, your have to remove the choke tower...do this make it harder to start?

I'm thinking about bolting it shut and using a external. That's what people have been saying on some of the turbo forums.

Does anyone know of any links or info on how to mod a wastegate on a cummins turbo to run a lower psi?
