Put plug on front brake line connection on MC. See rear brake action when pedal pressed. and or bleed rear brake line system by itself. Im guessing need different distribution block, (Drum/Drum) Had similar PITA issue myself.

If Parking Brake system not adjusted,sometime caliper piston barely will hit pads/rotor when pedal firm I have had similar problem...... D.

Get SBP back plates/assy. Sell BBP plates/ assy. Cheapest way IMHO. All 4 same pattern for Future sale upon wheel change option. D

FYI. If going with discs brakes in the back it's all about the emergency brake adjustment to get things to work right I found that out the hard way. I guess more so with manual trans.

Bought several pirate jacke front disc conversions no issues on 14" ralleye. Was looking at them havnt had chance to call just wondering what people did conversion on rear and info concerning 15" wheels

You could use a punch And hammer to cave in loose stud hole edge on both sides to make stud fit tighter. Ive done in the past.

It can be tough. Do half at a time. Just squeeze one side of cable prongs at a time with pliers/screwdriver,at sametime,pull on cable outside of plate and bend to opposite side of prongs your pressing. That side should come through hole. Then do same for remainder of prongs on otherside. If it...

Forgot to mention, keep MC cover off or loose. Air bubbles escape from both ends of system. Then do the routine bleeding process.

In the past, Ive just crack open the bleeder a bit, on the suspect line and let it gravity drip making sure you keep fluid full on MC. Sometimes overnite. Always had improved results. That is, if you dont have any tiny leaks. D.

No build thread. I went LBP, supposedly can run 14" stock rallys with a slight grind on caliper bracket. Would investigate if thats your setup. I have mock up 14" rallys on it now,i didnt have to grind anything? Maybe not a stock rim.....? Dave

Before you do check out Pirate Jacks first. I had scarebird years ago. Just did my 65 dart project fronts with PJ. still using stock UCA's Not a plate system, has new spindles etc. IMO better all around set up for the $. Dave
