65 Dart magnum 5.2, 4spd , 72 dart ex. Manifolds. Trying to find dual down pipes to begin fab. Had flex pipes previous to get car drivable. Now retro fitting 64 powersteering box/pump.locating pump under battery tray. Anyone know somewhere to get something for starting point without spending...

I guess my issue is being convertible. 4spd magnum swap. I do have frame ties but cutting fender wells Is more compromising than thought. My 67 Cuda Notchbig blockauto had no choice. And maintenance a breeze.Still cracked 2 windshields....

Those will work. But price doesn't for me.lol Again 4spd z bar is the trick to get a at least a 2" head pipe thru to get flow. Or better off with headers for $200 more. Dave

Awesome info thanks. But if keep car /convertible frame ties. I did alot of work to save this car. Front floor pans. Rear fabbed pans 8 3/4 springs to rail for tires. Left front frame rail. Car should've been junked. I call it Frankendart..lol But kept it alive but just around town car. Both...

Great thread. Even 340 hipo. Will leave no option but cut fender well close to UCA. BOLT. If I do that might as well put fender well headers. To me that's a sin ....fender wells on a small block. Especially a 1 5/8" tubes

Maybe re hashing old threads but before a fab a cast driverside manifold for my 65 Dart magnum. Wanna now any other options oth than 340 manifold ($) with not much better flow than 273 dinky set up. Compared to the PS that I found thru Dorman that's huge. Thanks Dave

IMO. 9- 9.5 clutch disc is ok around town. Any Real HP wont last at all. I just finished my small block magnum swap with small clutch stuff because I had it New in stock. I just wanted to get it running on the road. And not sure of a sale. But I guarantee I drive it. Might get 50 miles....lol

My silly 2cents. Depending on engine condition. Rather have ventilation go thru carb/Intake if possible. Not get oil on air filter. So you can still drive car .......

I dropped a 9/16 open end wrench From about 4" high on my 67 notch Backglass. It looked like a room of dominoes falling over simultaneously with crackling. Ending in same as op. Not funny at time but really weird and amazing
