I have a 74 duster with 360 and just put some tti headers in it. I was looking at the tti system but man it is a lot of money. Has anyone installed any other kits with their tti headers? How much modification did you have to do?

change your plugs while the engine is out.When i had those headers the #7 was a pain to get out you could only do 1/4 of a turn at a time. I used the stock plugs but i did hear other used smaller size plugs that fit well and helped with clearance.

I ordered my set for my 360 with O2 (bungs?) about a month ago and got word today that they where delayed due to the state shutting them down. The inner coatings didn't meet the state requirements. So they had to rework the inner coating thus taking so long. Looks like i will be on the first set...

So im getting ready to order a set of TTI's for my 74 360 duster and wanted to know how others installed theirs. I have 3 studs on the heads but that does make it a pain to install headers. Maybe they are too long? Have you guys used bolts only? How about those locking bolts?

If i do dump them before the axle will that cause any issues like heating the gear oil too much or exhaust leaking into trunk and drivers bay? for the rumble ill use cut outs.

my 360 makes about 320hp. I was told by not to go bigger then 2.5" pip. Now that im getting those Dynomax Hemi Turbo mufflers for the quit side (going all the way out back). what should i get for the cut out side, if any? Im thing of having these exit from the sides or hidden

i have hooker comp headers and i hate them. im going with TTI step.

I Also want to put electronic cut-out for when i race. I know i need back pressure, so should I put some mufflers after the cut outs?
