I don't remember what the original radiator looked like when I took it out. Still can't see why it would be like that.

Nope not the radiator. The core support is the issue. Very apparent with the radiator out. The pictures with the radiator in is squared up.

The piece o made is from 1/8 th inch aluminum. It had to be run through a slip roller to get the curve right. Anything thicker I think would need to be machined.

I would like to make it a little thicker and some machine detail. The problem is the fender is slightly curved. It would need to have a program set up on a cnc to get what I really wanted to do and still machine in the curve to fit the fender. Now that I have a template. I still may get a hold...

You can use silicone couplers. In my case the bend off the turbo I needed was to tight of a bend for a couple. Unfortunately for me everything has to function and be pleasing to the eye. Just like everything else on this build. I bought the trim ring for the exhaust. And we'll I hate it. Cheap...

Well back at it today. I fitted the fender and set all the gaps so I could finish the exhaust. Still need to can an exhaust flange but pretty much ready to finish welding it up.
