Thanks. Broke the handle on mine for a 904. Got one for a 727 and the only thing I see different is the twist and full mark. A little modification and it should work

can anyone tell me why is there a twist at the end of the dipstick for the transmission and oil pan? never gave it any thought till mine broke. Thanks Bill

The dipstick for my 904 transmission broke at the handle. Year One sells one but said it is for a 727. Can I get one and cut it to length and add full mark to it to make it work? I did that to a chrome oil dipstick and it works. Don't know if the 727 is long enough to do that. Thanks Bill
