    18" Wheel help

The only way I'm doing that is if the other 5 studs have pointy colored lug nuts.

    18" Wheel help

Those should work. I like a lot of the XXR designs, but can't stand the double drilled bolt pattern. It wouldn't be so bad if they made plugs for the holes that aren't in use.

    18" Wheel help

I like those also. I actually like the CF5V more, but they are only available in 19" & 20"

    18" Wheel help

Check out Forgestar. They have some standard wheels but they can also customize offsets. I'm assuming they just turn the mounting pad down to what you need. Nicely priced as well.

    17" versus 14" tires

You need to be honest with yourself with the intended usage of the car. After that, look at tire size and type in both (or all) sizes you are considering. Lastly, choose the wheel. Also remember that "great handling" is subjective. Sure a 15" wheel with some 1.03" bars and decent shocks will...

Is this enough space on my rear wheels? 18” wheels

May I just say those wheels are going to look killer on that car! Great color combo.

What is your current autocross/road course tire/wheel setup?

18" as indicated by the tires size I mentioned. Going with 16" limits both wheel and tire options since it isn't a very common size in today's market.

What is your current autocross/road course tire/wheel setup?

I started with the Nitto NT05, which is a 200TW tire and they came in sizes that I wanted. Unfortunately, they really suck for autocross. I found they wore quick and didn't grip very well. Moral of the story, don't get those if you're looking for lots of grip. Last summer I switched the to the...

"Cheap" Weld Wheels: Ventura S104 - Opinions?

Looks good. I'm about to purchase some RT660s. I can't wait to have more lateral grip! My Nitto 200TW tires aren't the best so I'm hoping I see an improvement around the cones with the Azenis.

New 17 inch trims for my alterkation

I'd also recommend looking at 18" wheels. The tire selection alone made me go with 18s. You will have a hard time finding favorable tire sizes in 17s.

Rocket Attack Wheels by Rocket Racing

I'm still liking them and have had zero problems. The fronts are 18x8 with 5.5" back space and Nitto NT05 235/40 tires. I have stock style discs in the front, but will eventually upgrade to the Dr. Diff cobra style, which push the wheel out 3/16-1/4". I should have plenty of room to allow that...

Pro Tour guys. What tires r u runnin?

This is hardly a pro-touring setup, rather a drag racing wheel/tire combo. You must have also moved the rear end back in the wheel opening to fit a 29" tire. The stock axle center line to the front of the wheel opening is approximately 14.5", which leaves zero clearance for 29" tall tire. Or...

Pro Tour guys. What tires r u runnin?

I have no idea what stock height is, do you? Is it measured to the wheel lip? Mine is about 25-5/8” from the ground to the wheel opening.

Pro Tour guys. What tires r u runnin?

I took about 1/4'-3/8" off the wheel lip. I actually wish the wheel had a touch more offset but buying off the shelf wheels was more important to me than spending $1K per wheel by going custom. @72bluNblu has 295s on the rear of his Duster/Demon and 275s on the front. He is using a B-Body rear...

Pro Tour guys. What tires r u runnin?

I started with the mopar circle track springs in an effort to save a few dollars. That turned out to be disastrous. You can read about it here --> Dr Diff Offest Kit With Oval Track Springs I ended up ordering the Hotchkis leaf springs. That's what the car is sitting on in those pictures. I was...

Pro Tour guys. What tires r u runnin?

Rocket Racing Attack Wheels 18x8, 5.5" BS with 235/40-18 Nitto NT05, 200 tread wear tire I wanted a 9" wheel, but they didn't have the backspace that would work. Nitto has the same tire in 245/40 and I'll likely get that one whenever I wear these out. 18x10, 6" BS with 285/35-18 Nitto NT05...

Rocket Attack Wheels by Rocket Racing

After looking for the right wheel I finally decided on these. They are the Rocket Attack wheels by Rocket Racing. These are 18x8 up front and 18x10 in back. I would have like to go 18x9 up front, but they don't have on with the correct backspace. I know this picture isn't the best, but I was...
