Awesome build and love that you are keeping the flat hood.

You said you were going to continue to drive it while you build. Does that mean you are converting to EFI while its n/a first and put some miles on it with the MS3?

It's been a while, but I think they are around 50lbs/hr- way too small for boosted E-85. I've never heard bad things about high imp injectors. I know a lot of the LS guys are using Siemens DEKA 80lb in boosted applications. That's probably on gas though.

Haha. Those were eBay specials too. They are brand new take offs from a 6.4 SRT Hemi. I was going to be N/A on pump gas so they would have been sufficient.

You are going to be impressed with the adapter from Jerry. I gathered all the parts to MS3X my 408, then I scored a G3 hemi, so that will now get the MS3X. Just an FYI, not sure what you were planning to use for an intake, but I thought simply welding bungs in my M1 was going to be a cost...

Wow! Can't wait to see this. 1000 wheel should get you in the 8s easily. Might want to stock up on some tires while you're at it. Don't think they will last too long with that setup. Also curious to see a blow through with that type efi.

I read through this entire thread a while back, but I had forgotten what you started with. Last night I went back to refresh my memory and I saw in one of your engine pics. You have a 90 deg (or something close to it) thermostat housing. Is that a chevy housing? I'm converting to efi and with a...
