I just cut two drums off my car. 5/8 saw but I had 1/2 in studs. It went faster then I thought it would. I had to clean up the bottom of the studs for the new drums to seat correctly.

NAPA on line shows the 64 fury master without the bottom plug. The push rod is the same as 66 barracuda and comes with the spring too.

I have had a couple of new master cylinders like that leak at that plug. Some will aways leak. A master cyl from a 64 fury is the same but without the plug on the bottom. That is what I order now.

NOT the top picture I thought I had deleted it. That is manual disk brake setup on a 66 Barracuda.

I have installed power brakes in a 66 Barracuda . All just bolts in. I did an original booster with vac tank and original master.

The set I sent had the original 66 style valve and it does not look like the one you show. Look at a 66 parts book if you can.

I just sent my brake lines to Fine Line as a pattern for them. They are of a 1966 Barracuda with power disk brakes and I had all the lines for the residual valve and proportioning valve also. I have my old lines back and with new SS lines too. Good Luck Jay

I get most of my parts from NAPA also. Have you tried looking under the Valiant listing? Seems like for early Barracuda most parts are listed there.

I have 9 in brakes on the 66 wagon. It has dealer installed power brakes and I have had to do a hard brake with it and was very inpressed with how hard it braked. It locked up all four wheels . I will keep the 9 in for now. If I go to disk I will use the the Scare bird kit.

Jon Look under the dash on the brake pedal arm. The switch can be adjusted very easy to make contact with the arm quicker. Jay
