For 71 Dart / Demon that is not applicable. FSM shows the just the proportioning valve, that smaller one isn't used.

I replied on that months ago and it was sold. Unless Brad got another one. Prices are now over $400 from what I've seen. Also be careful the 318-heat shield is similar to the 340 but they are indeed different and would need to be modified to work on a 340.
