    Proportioning valve bolt

One way would be to weld the hole shut, drill and tap. You could also drill a hold through the frame and use a long bolt with a nut on the backside. Or you could use a threaded insert like the one below.

Eldorado rear disc brakes - Where to get inner seal?

My brand new rear disc brakes are leaking through the hole in the piston. I disassembled the piston assembly and it obvious that the inner seal is the culprit. I can't find a supplier for the seal. All the seal kits contain every seal except the inner piston seal. Anybody out there know a...

    Sudden loss of pedal

Did you adjust the rear shoes so they start contacting the drum immediately? They could be way out of adjustment.

    Brake pedal bushings

I bought some bronze bushings off E-bay, don't really recal the exact size. Just had to drill out the tube a small amount and press them in. Oh year, I had to shorten the tube a small amount because the bushings were flanged. Cost me 6 or 7 bucks.

    Power or Manual Brakes

So I am putting disc brakes all around on my Mopar, just basic discs for a driver. I don't know if I want to have power brakes or not and if so, what size booster should I get. I have seen 7 and 8 inch boosters for sale. Help me decide as my last 4 mopars have had manual drums so I have...

    Your method for bleeding brakes....

I made a flat plate with a quick disconnect air fitting on it to replace the master cylinder cover. Dial the air compressor to 10-15 lbs and bleed it. One person job.

    Brake cylinders

My 67 notchie has a bbp 8 1/4 in it. The brake cylinders are rusted tight. Are the brake cylinders the same from a 8 3/4 rear end. Just need to know so I can buy replacements. Also, my 8 1/4 has a limited slip in it. Will the rear end be okay with a mild 440 or do I need to upgrade to an 8...
