    Ignition for 360 magnum

MSD is good stuff. Easy hook up too. Lots of nice features. I've never had an issue with any of it with exception to their timing graphs being a little off in the instructions. I run the digital 6 HEI, great stuff, convenient and easy, Mopar boxes....junk. Have left me stranded, bad ballasts...

Can you razor blade the gasket to match the port? I've had to trim about every gasket I've ever bought.

Stock heads/rotating assembly, hot cam/vlave springs- how far can you go?

IMO it's worth getting the RPM airgap. I believe it's the best option. Even if it's "nearly as good" it's worth having the best on there. PLus there is the air gap as an advantage as well.

Stock heads/rotating assembly, hot cam/vlave springs- how far can you go?

With the eddy RPm vs. the victor there is a difference in peak HP, but under 500hp it is nominal and the power under the curve is better with the dual plane. IMO I'd use the DP on anything under 500hp especially if it will se a decent amount of street time.

Key on and cranking power wire?

There is one over there. Maybe a red one? I had this issue with my MSD. Chased the problem for days. Finally accidentally started while jumping the solenoid manually under the hood while testing for spark.

EQ Iron Ram vs Edelbrock Performer

It's 505$ difference minus whatever Hughes charges for shipping. There are more advantages to aluminum heads beyond weight. They are repairable, allow higher compression ratio, easier to port, often come with variable CC chamber offerings, improved design, plug angle, etc. As said by many...

how much nitrous will a stock magnum motor take

If you are serious about racing a progressive system is great and it is easier on the engine/harder on the NOS soloniods. It also adds about 600 dollars to the price tag.

how much nitrous will a stock magnum motor take

150 would be safe. We ran 200 on a 1990 vette, 150 stage 1, 50 stage 2. That thing had hundreds of passes on it.
