This a older transmission that didn,t have the pad you are talking about. They just had casting numbers on the body case. I was hoping someone could tell me what it was. Thanks rtdodge1

I have a a body 4spd in a 71 scamp and it doesn't have the id pad on the pass side. It just has number c95639u, and the tailshaft number c97477-1, and on the side cover the number of c95664z. Trans is installed in car but i think it has small 23 spline input shaft. Any help would be greatly...
