    Power brake booster

Early A body boosters were dual diaphragm and 6 1/4” diameter, then they upped the diaphragm to 7” in later years. Quick way to identify the 6 1/4” from the 7” is the 7” booster has 2 dimples on each side at the master cylinder mount location. The 6 1/4 booster does not have the dimples.

    Kelsey-Hayes up grade

The lower picture is of the factory proportioning block that you need to install in the rear brake line. An adjustable proportioning valve will work also in place of the factory one.

    Kelsey-Hayes up grade

Yes, you will have to go with a disc brake master cylinder which has a larger reservoir at the rear for the front disc brakes and you will have to add a proportioning valve on the brake line to the rear drums. The distribution block (with the low pressure switch) does not have to be changed.

    leaking brake line fitting

I had the same problem with Fine Lines Stainless Steel lines and I contacted them. They had a procedure to help seal the flairs using Permatex Thread Sealant With Teflon on the threads and between the line and fitting being careful not to get any sealant on the flare, and it fixed the problem...

    leaking brake line fitting

I bet they are stainless reproduction lines, right? If they are, I had the same problem as the flares are very hard and do not conform easily. Are they Fine Lines or the Right Stuff?
