You may hafta just burn everything out with the oxyaceytlene torch and possibly sacrifice the upper arm in the process... save the frame and mounting points on the car.

I didnt realize that was just a dust seal. I thought It was a bearing. - I think I might like to replace it with a bearing anyway as I am building a Track Day / Autox Car and It seemed pretty wiggly when it was stock. Greg
