    Rally wheel help

I'm not near Hemidenny, but I have 15" x 7" steelies, w/4.25" BS, on my '67 FB Barracuda. No issues with any kind of interference up front (10" drums, 215/70/r15's). Out back I needed to add longer studs for use with a 1/2" spacer (10" drums, SS springs in factory location, 275/60/15's), to...

    275-60-15 tires on 67 Barracuda

I agree with Moparclown above. 275/60/15 fit easily. I'm running SS springs, and have a 4.25 backspace. Had to add 1/2" spacers though. They fill up the wheel well very nicely I might add!

    Another tire size question

Although I don't have disk brakes on my car, I can tell you that the # of tire sizes available for 15" rims, far out numbers those availble for the 14" rims. That alone should sway you into getting 15" rims. Plus I would assume it creates more space for a future disk brake swap. JMO.......

Boy, I hope your joking about the Autozone guy! Otherwise I would have his head served on a platter!

    Shopping for suspension parts

I did the PST "super" kit as well. Been a couple of years. Quality of parts was really good (unknown manufacturer), everything fit like it was supposed to. Rough aligned it with the help of a friend, and a tape measure. Snugged everything up, and took it to a shop, for front end alignment...

Slant six power steering pump on a smallblock

IIRC, the article outlined how you can reduce the pressure using different sized washers. I also believe that there are a few members on board that have done this mod. I think a few washers would be cheaper than a new pump. Just my opinion.

Raise rear end with extra leafs??

Are your sPrings worn out, sagging rear end? Why not have yours re-arched?

    Front or Rear Shocks

You should replace shocks at all 4 corners. If you can't swing all 4, then replace the fronts. This should help with the control of your car.

67 Valiant power steering - what are my options?

Damn that's a good question ESP47! I read the same article, and they make no mention of the /6 power steering. I'd be interested to see what others have done.

    Crank up Torsion Bars

If you do adjust the front end height (raise or lower), make sure to have it aligned afterwards, very important!!

    Rear leaf springs

x2 what 1968FormulaS340 stated above. If its a driver get the XHD. If you get the SS springs, be prepared for a stiff ride. If you don't have a b/rb/hemi, do not get the Hemi springs. The springs are made for the different car weights/engine torques. Pick one accordingly. I have had the 340 SS...

    Complete Front End Rebuild

I put on PST's super kit 2 years ago, and I must say that I have NOT experienced any problems what so ever!! After I installed all the components, I left all the components a little loose, and drove it up to the shop (a few blocks away), to have them tighten it all up and align it. Very...

    De-arcing SS springs

You could also raise the front end if you don't care for your cars rake angle. Just be sure to have it aligned.

leafsprings - what would you recommend

I have the SS springs on my Barracuda. Been running them since 2000. No signs of sagging at all. Like others above stated, great stance, got to take the corners a bit easy though.

69 cuda suspension kit and uca question

I don't know where they get their parts from. I did their super kit a couple of years ago. No problems what so ever. This has been covered in a thread before. It's just a matter of convenience and price IMHO. Good luck with the build.

    front end parts

I did the "super" kit from them a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier with the kit and installation was a no brainer. Thumbs up!

    Front end rebuild question

I bought a kit from PST 2 years ago, and did the install myself. Not sure if American made parts, but all parts fit correctly with out any problems. I believe it was the Super front end kit, cost was just under $400 bucks. Drives like a dream now!

What is themost cost effective way to fix my rear suspension?

You might try and find a good spring shop and have your springs re-arced. Add in some new shocks and this should keep you riding good for a while until you can finish it the way you want.
