What size is the special socket. I found two sizes.

Every day I'm learning new stuff about my car and this week I want to learn how to replace all my ball joints. I need to replace them asap so I can get an alignment too and put my new 15x7s on. I lost my factory manual and had a free one for a 73 at some point but don't remember where I got it.

Solved the issue, it was a torsion adjustment.

mustve been aligned with the setting i put it at cause it handles great now, no random swaying or play in the steering.

Nuke, where do you measure it from?

Ok and so can I adjust on the ground or does it have to be jacked up?

Bump to my last question and another question, can I adjust the height when its on all four wheels or does it have to be jacked up?

Ill have to measure to see how much of a difference it is height wise on both sides measuring from ground to center fender.

the passenger side has it.

i think this may be what is wrong. it may actually be higher on the driver side. any one know where i can get the bolt or threaded rod for this setup with its bushings?

the car doesn't bottom out on the side and (luckily) the suspension seems to be working fine. (no excessive bounce)

If you read this thread I put where the pic is. And no bottoming plus its a smooth ride.

its got negative camber on the one side. how do i adjust that??

its only a little bad. if you go an look in my member gallery (http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/vbpicgallery.php?do=hall&u=25506) you can see in the pics of the car (the blue one) that it doesnt really look like it has a slant.

isnt that just a bolt adjustment or do i have to take a ton o s!@# apart?

Any ideas on why my car would slant to the right only in the front? im pretty sure its not cause my /6 haha
