I think it was mentioned earlier, either paint or cut out black paper for the rear wheels, make them as big as you want and looks proper depth wise. Would also give a dark background for the Zoomies to be against.

Normally concrete is poured on fresh cut earth, nothing back filled, that way very little settling. So concrete doesn't crack, and not sure of the size, but will need an expansion joint once it gets to a certain size.

Yes, once a split washer is torqued, it is flat. the only time the sharp edge of the washer does anything to resist it coming loose, it has already started to come loose.

Split washers are not the best for resisting fasteners coming loose. They are not used in modern aviation where vibration has a great effect on parts coming loose. Lock wire, cotter pin, locktight, nyloc nut ect. is used when you need it guaranteed not to come loose. The shelving in your garage...

Also if local laws do not allow a drain in the floor, install a drain just before the pour of concrete, capped with duct tape so when they do pour it the concrete just covers it. after it is inspected, you just have to bust through the top thin layer.

Sounds good, will weld pipe to rim and add the concrete bucket, but will keep top open to slip vise or grinder to top of pipe, one stand, two different top mounts. thanks guy's.
