    Using cast iron exhaust manifold question

    Just went through myself. There are bushings in the manifold where the shaft goes through. If the bushing stays put, tap it 1/8" NPT. If the bushing comes out, you can drill it 7/16" and tap it 1/4" NPT.

    You don't need sewer pipes on a truck. Headers suck on 4 wheel drives bad enough. Quality is evrything.

    Header flanges can be greatly improved with a couple tire bars while still in the car. Bend them a little.

    3512077. I just happen to have one of those on the shelf. This one came from a 318 Challenger. It might fit an Abody, bit it would be close.
