Welcome, great year barracuda you have there to bring back to life. Doing a 68 myself that started out a little worse for wear than where your starting. Treat all your exterior trim like it is gold. Looks like you got lucky and it is all their.

Lots of things to check from a starting point with a unknown. First thing to check is that battery is in charged condition and power and ground cables have clean tight connections on both ends.
