Where does the wiring for the electronic choke hook up to to power it?

Need to get a new Gas tank and sending unit while I'm doing the tank. Also the rubber seal and rubber boat around the pipe for the gas to enter the tank. Any idea where to get it all or do i have to piece it together??? If so any idea where to start? Thanks
