I second player1 on this one. One other thing is the heat. My welder is very similar to the one player1 used, and it had a tendency to burn a hole. I had to make very short bursts and leave time to cool.

I'm doing it on my swinger. I've already shaved the handles off, and with primer it looks great! havent bought the kit yet, I want to do more research into extras like alarm, etc....

I got mine from aarqualityfiberglass.com no visable seam that I can see. Mine needs a little bit of sanding, but not very much prep at all.

The triangle piece, if memory serves me well goes at the upper part of the door, above the striker plate, next to the window opening. then the long piece goes down, under and up the hinge side. there should be lots of plastic tips coming out of your rubber that line up with holes in the door...
