Network cable (Ethernet cat 5/6) is good for about 300’ before attenuation. If not too big of a hassle, running a network cable from house to shop with a network switch or wifi router on the shop side would give you the best performance.

I've used the HF one on undercoating. It works but it's still a ton of work and like Pishta says, your compressor will get a workout.

That's a very good point and I something I never considered. If the jacks are close enough though like in my drawing, with a little coordination I think one person could manage it. At the end of the day the idea is to have a dolly capable of supporting the front of the car after the engine...
