    17" Steelies US Wheel

Just stumbled onto these. 15 and 17" models designed after factory Mopar steelies that accept smoothy caps. Look great. Anybody try these out yet in the 17"s? US Wheel - Chrysler OE (Series 658)

1963 valiant front runner sizing suggestions needed

Yes. I think it ended up being 49.5" flange to flange. I tried to get it as centered in the mini-tubs as possible. Here is a link with my build and the mini-tub specific part of the build. Don't go wondering around too much in my build thread. You might decide to turbo your Early-As also! Ebay...

Love the build! Been following it. I was not aware you could fit E-body disks on the front. Good to know. I don't have skinnies on mine, though they are slim 14 x 5" wheels and generic radials. I'm kind of partial to the dog dish caps also on our early As. Also, I have a 295/60/15 DR on my...

    DRs and Steelies

11.5" is pretty wide on stock tubs. I have 235 M/T drag radials and 7" wide steelies on my 65 and they rub sometimes. Sure would like your contact that does the custom wheels. $75 seems very reasonable. I would like to have some 15" SBP steel skinnies made.

    Wheels on 66 valiant

I run 15x7 steelies with 4.25 backspace and 235/65 radials on my 65 Valiant. This leaves enough clearance on the inside and out. No rubbing anywhere.

Black steelies and drag radial look?

Those look great! Leave them black. I have DRs on steelies also and even run the dog dishes over the top. I like the old school look.

    Brake drums rusted to spindle?

Jeff, I just did this swap not too long ago on my 65 and documented it in this thread. I'm very happy with the Scarebird setup. http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=165237 BTW- I'm a "Computer Man" myself by day and was able to pull this conversion off. Not too difficult. Just...
