Yes I'm aware. The vacuum leak was below the carb, so the carb had to come off. Before the carburetor goes back on the intake manifold for anything, it is going to be set the way the factory recommends it or until someone can tell me this situation is normal. Nothing from Holley or Demon...

It is a 4 corner, it is a 650 cfm Speed Demon. Everything I see (and talking with Holley tech support today) they say the secondary idle slots should be invisible from the bottom. I'll probably just have to try it.

I think we narrowed it down to a leaky base gasket. The one under the carb spacer want looking the greatest. I took it off, rejetting, then we will see how it works. Thanks!

That's what we're trying to figure out here...I've already fiddled with the 4 corner system and just can't get the in park idle down.

They are alright, I sell them all day at Advance, but don't expect to see 7 PSI on a decent performance build. I threw one on my 340 as a temporary to get it somewhat tuned, and the most I have seen is 3.5 PSI with a 3/8" feed line.
