    1969 RHD Plymouth Barracuda.

Id have to check but Im sure its the same as all the other RHD Mopar stuff, Ie same as the Aussie and South African cars. Easily sourced from Oz. The green car in my avatar has had a full rebuild here in Scotland with Aussie parts.

Ive gotta sell one of my cars and both are on the market. The Valiant Charger is a niche market, the Barracuda certainly has had a lot more interest. Drop me a PM if you're seriously interested and we can discuss further. Andy

I have to sell one of my cars unfortunately. :( Been a very tough year for me and its not looking any better for 2021. Im really torn about having to sell the Barracuda but Ive put a lot of blood sweat and tears into my Valiant Charger. Plus a lot of money that Im not sure I'd get back. Ive set...

Welcome to our world driving LHD cars here in the UK :D In fact its only in the last few years that these RHD Mopars have not been looked down as a poor mans American Muscle Car. (although the 318 is certainly not Muscle, but you catch my drift. :) ) With work, living in Norway for years and...

    1969 RHD Plymouth Barracuda.

Supposedly 1 of 5 Convertibles built for '69. Ones known to be crushed, two are back in the US and this is the other one left in the UK. Made £18,000 at auction this summer on a really obscure auction site. Wonder what it would have made on a more popular site like ebay? Even with that horrific...

Maybe it was just the UK 68-69 Barracudas that had the 8 3/4" SG? Every single one Ive came across over here (including a FB I had had them) There was a total of 650 RHD Barracuda's built for the UK Market. Those SG's sure kept people over here busy swapping them over to LHD cars. :D Rare as...

Thats very cool There is pictures of that still in the UK. Surprised it only had the 7 1/4" I thought they all had the 8 3/4" SG? Maybe it was only the '68's and '69's?

Hey all, here's an old picture of 1969 Barracuda Rag Top that someone's contacted me about. He's looking to see where it is now and if its still alive. He owned it 30 years ago. There's an almost 50% chance thats its one of the 2 that came back to the US.

Yeh, the aussies had their own version of the A Body after the VG (IIRC) So the VH, like my profile pic is a Frankenstein A Body really. VE to VG I think was straight up US A Body, could well be wrong though. South Africa was a surprisingly big market, Im seeing a lot of US and Aussie based...

Yes the steering box bolts directly to the frame rail. A major weak point when rust sets in but the boys back in Oz have a few solutions for that. Surprisingly there is an abundance of parts from Australia to suit RHD A Bodies. I ship them over regularly for my Valiant Charger. I think they...

Hey, thanks for the message. :) The Dash currently sitting in the Barracuda is from a 1968 RHD Barracuda I now have the correct and original 1969 Dash for my Barracuda with the VIN plate, but Ive not checked for the Door Badge yet. Any and all help is more welcome, you'll have a much better...

A few pictures of the parts I received this week. Unfortunately the Engine is long gone but I do have a 1968 340 that will soon be ready to slot in. :D It was rebuilt 7 years ago with good and great parts like; Hughes Engines

Same on all Chrysler RHD cars I think? Certainly the same on my Valiant Charger.

Few more pics. Needs at lest the drivers front floor pan replaced, will know more about the passenger after the media blasting. From chassis legs are needing serious work. Trunk looks ok.

For those of you not familiar with UK RHD Barracudas they where built in the US and shipped over to the UK to the sole supplier Warwick Wright. There is a bit of a myth regarding these UK Barrcauda's being basically Formula S cars but with either 273 or 318. Its not far off the mark though...

This is how it was about 10 years ago when it was last advertised. Avery very bad blow over paint job that covered everything from the convertible top to the washer bottle. Its fairly low miles at 63,000, not been around the clock as the yearly inspections show it slowly building up.

Well if you insist. :D I did post a bunch up on the other thread but as threads seem to it wandered and meandered all over the place. At one point I thought I was having a private convo and eventually realised I was replying on my thread. :D I'll get some posted up asap.:)

Just found this sub-forum! Spent the last few days looking through the last 10 pages. Some great stuff for sure. I purchased a 1969 RHD Barracuda here in the UK a few months ago. I created a thread on it in another sub-forum not realising this one was here and had a lot of great help...
