Did you have an opportunity to measure the bores on this block?

Interested people don't want a guess. They want to know what the actual bore diameter is...right now. Is it 4.040"? is it 4.060"?

Yes, it will fit an A body if you relocate the spring perches to 43”...shipping an empty housing can be double wrapped in heavy cardboard and thick foam belled and taped up around the ends...no crate is needed. I received one this way and it only cost like $65 to ship via UPS

Haven't had to pull the starter since installing them; but, I think it can as long as whatever head pipes you make or have made allow it I bought 4 180* mandrel bent pieces from columbia river mandrel bending and took the sections to my exhaust shop and they cut and spliced segments to put in...

They do fit with power steering, but if you use the factory starter you run out of real estate quickly...mini starter highly recommended
