Feel like 360 should have more power

A comp 252 is basically a stone stock 360-2bbl cam Duration and overlap are pretty much "dead nuts" identical. Comp has 15-thou more lift, that's it. I've used them in 318s before with a noticeable improvement, stock idle but butt dyno sure feels improvement. AKA melling spd25

Sounds exactly like every 360 I have ever had, I seem to have much better results with 318s.

want more power from my 318...

LOTS of 318s have rotators; and I'd bet that casting number is 163 instead of 168(last 3 numbers) I have a set of '163's here that came on my 83 3/4 ton; they have rotators; and I have had several other sets of LA heads with them; police, H.D and trucks mostly had them.

    mopar performance push rods

I got mine from Summit; I as many found that I needed 7.650" instead of MP 7.625's. I have Mag heads (Engine Quest) on my daily driver 318 in my '83, 3/4 ton truck

no oil on rocker's drivers side only? 360 magnum

Magnum will have roller lifters; you can swap places. as far as the question; I have one back at the OP; where is the oil hole in the side of the lifter body? They need to face the center of the engine; if they were put in "180* out" the oil hole will be facing "away" and maybe not picking up...
