Try a factory GM module,the china ones are garbage.Bought a similar kit from a member on here and had a bad mis at around 3000 replaced the china module with one out of old junker and ran like a top.

Trailbeast,Where do you get the modules you supply in the kits?What year trucks do they fit?I bought a setup from you this past summer and thinking the module is bad.

Or run a jumper wire from the guage wire at the tank long enough to watch the guage and touch it to a ground.If it goes to full the guage is good.

Sure its the guage?Sounds more like a sender issue to me.
