I think the new plates are going to be reflective, that is my concern wondering how they will look. I would bet the plate you seen was a personal plate someone ordered then just painted. Illegal but it has been done.

How did the new ones look? Like original or reflective? Was it a personal plate, six digit or seven? Does that order limit cover both the black and blue plates or just one color?

If you looking for the killer deals in the swap meet 9:00am might be a little late. If your just coming down to enjoy the day it's a great time to show up between 9-10am and you still may find a deal in the swap meet. They line them up early but they don't start letting people in till about 7:00am
