I’ve looked all over the web and can’t find these seat springs. It’s the spring that holds the ends together for the adjuster wire. any help finding them is appreciated

I have a 1973 dart that the horn switches don’t work. It’s the 3 spoke wheel with the small switches at the end. I have tried to locate one but to no avail. Has anyone tried to repair these or does anyone know where to buy the switches? thanks in advance john
