all that i can decipher is 118 r, the one is probably a 3, we simply cannot read it. It looks like it was stamped double on accident. I have tried bringing the numbers to the surface with a pencil rub, chalk, and rubbing it with a stamp pad and preesing paper to it. Are there markings anywhere...

I just bought a 71 dart, it looks terrible, needs a lot of body work and paint. It also needs a complete going over mechanically and electronically. Should I get the body and paint done before the rest or should i get it good mechanically then do body etc...
