I need help to ID these 2 parts. #1 Is it a light for the engine bay? What year? License plate light ? #2 I believe is a wiper switch or possibly a heater blower switch. Has 4 position. Off ,1 2,3. And it pushes in like for the washers. What year ? Wiper or heater?

Has anyone used these 194 led's in their dash . The regular 194's are so dim I can't read the gauges . Are they any better ? Do they fit in the dash ?
