I have a B body 4 speed and i want to put it in my 1973 scamp i have a 727 for it but i was wondering can i put this b body trans in my car and just move the trans hump back a few inches or do i need to get a different tail shaft?

does anyone know if this swap has been done and how much work is it? any help at all is great.........Thanks the motor is a 354 Hemi
