I just brought my 6.4 hemi to life, using Joe Gibbs racing oil 5W-50 non synthetic weight break in oil. Oil pressure at idle at temperature is about 75 pounds, isn't this high? What should it be?

Anyone have any suggestions for floor linkage for a 6.4/545RFE swap in a '70 Dart? Most of the sheet metal fab is done and it's time to think about shift linkage. Will factory linkage work and if so from what? I've given some thought to paddle shifting the the car but I don't have any data on...
