Is it necessary to oil your steering box? Is there a way to check the oil level in there? Manual box I'm talking about.

The Dart Sport seems to ride really high at the back. The rear shackle is 3.5 inches from bolt center to bolt center. Is this right, or is this a longer than stock shackle?
